The Westlake Village Community is situated on 37 acres located in the historic village of Sherburne, New York. The Westlake Village concept is to develop a multifaceted community, one which fits the way we want to live now as well as in the future. Although a private recreational pond has been created at the southern end of the property, much of the site remains in a natural state. Views are preserved, and there are spaces for gardens, trails, and other outdoor activities.

Centered in the rolling hills of Chenango County in central New York, Westlake Village is unique in its location to urban amenities as well. After relaxing on the shore or fishing in one of the ponds, one only needs to travel a few miles to reach several golf courses. Two local hospitals are within 10 miles and several large, major health, research and teaching medical facilities lie within an hours drive. Seven colleges and universities within a 10 to 30 mile radius offer continuing education. Large shopping areas lie within the same perimeter. A ten minute drive brings our residents to two local airports. Two major airports approximately an hour’s drive provide access to major metropolitan areas and the world.
